Welcome to The Blooming Method, an educational and personal-development brand operated by Bloom Recovery, INC., a Utah corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

The Blooming Method offers online courses, guided rituals, workshops, educational resources, coaching, mentorship, and personal-growth experiences designed to support self-discovery, creativity, meaningful connection, and authentic living.

Our Relationship With Bloom Recovery

Bloom Recovery and The Blooming Method are operated by the same corporation, Bloom Recovery, INC., but serve distinct purposes.

  • Bloom Recovery provides licensed mental health and psychotherapy services through Bloom-Recovery.com, subject to separate clinical agreements, professional standards, consent procedures, and applicable healthcare privacy requirements.

  • The Blooming Method provides educational, spiritual, and personal-development experiences through BloomingMethod.org. These offerings are not psychotherapy, healthcare, or mental health treatment.

These Terms & Conditions govern The Blooming Method's website, digital products, courses, memberships, workshops, mentorship, and other non-clinical offerings. They do not replace or govern separate clinical treatment agreements with Bloom Recovery.

By purchasing, accessing, or using The Blooming Method's products, services, or related materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our offerings.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless an installment plan or other payment arrangement is expressly offered.

By purchasing, you authorize the designated payment processor to charge the applicable amount using your selected payment method.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete the payments disclosed at checkout. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

If a membership or subscription renews automatically, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation process will be disclosed before purchase. You authorize recurring charges only when you expressly agree to those terms.

We use third-party payment processors to process transactions securely.

4. REFUND POLICY

Because many of our digital products provide immediate access to downloadable or streaming content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page or required by law.

Refunds are generally not provided solely because of:

  • A change of mind

  • Failure to complete a course or program

  • Failure to attend a scheduled event

  • Failure to implement the material

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations not expressly guaranteed

If a product includes a specific satisfaction guarantee or refund period, those terms will be honored as stated on its sales page.

If you experience a technical problem preventing access to purchased materials, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

If we cancel a paid offering or materially fail to deliver what was purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the purchase terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Refund terms for individual products, including Remember You Belong, will be clearly identified at checkout.

5. DIGITAL ACCESS AND DELIVERY

Digital products may be delivered through Kajabi or another designated learning platform.

Access instructions may be provided by email, through a customer account, or through the applicable purchase confirmation.

Access duration depends on the product purchased and will be described in the applicable offer.

Unless explicitly stated, purchasing a digital product does not guarantee perpetual access to a particular hosting platform, software feature, or future product update.

We may make reasonable updates to our digital platform, content, and delivery methods, provided these changes do not improperly deprive purchasers of their agreed-upon benefits.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and functioning email address needed to access digital materials.

9. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND DISTINCTION FROM CLINICAL SERVICES

The Blooming Method provides educational, spiritual, and personal-development experiences. Its offerings are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or healthcare services.

Although some offerings draw upon concepts from psychology, mindfulness, or embodiment, they are intended for education, reflection, personal exploration, and skill development.

Participation in The Blooming Method does not establish a therapist-client, psychologist-client, or healthcare provider-patient relationship.

The professional qualifications of our founder or other contributors do not change the educational nature of these offerings.

Licensed clinical services are provided separately through Bloom Recovery, subject to their own intake procedures, professional agreements, privacy notices, and applicable regulations.

For information about clinical services, visit www.Bloom-Recovery.com.

10. COACHING AND PERSONAL-DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMER

Coaching, mentorship, educational courses, workshops, and personal-development experiences are designed to support learning, reflection, creativity, and personal growth.

They are not substitutes for individualized medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.

Participants are responsible for deciding how to interpret and apply the information and practices presented.

If you need individualized professional assistance, we encourage you to consult an appropriately qualified provider.

If you are experiencing an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

  • Reflection on personal beliefs and experiences

These practices are offered for educational, experiential, reflective, and personal-growth purposes.

Participation is voluntary. You are free to interpret practices according to your own worldview and to decline activities that do not align with your beliefs, needs, or personal boundaries.

The Blooming Method does not require adherence to any particular spiritual or religious belief system.

We make no guarantees concerning spiritual experiences, supernatural outcomes, emotional changes, or personal transformation.

12. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

We do not guarantee specific personal, spiritual, emotional, relational, professional, financial, or other results from participating in our offerings.

Testimonials, examples, personal stories, and descriptions of potential benefits illustrate individual experiences or educational goals. They do not guarantee identical outcomes for every participant.

Your results may depend on numerous factors, including your circumstances, participation, choices, and application of the materials.

13. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Some offerings include meditation, movement, breath awareness, guided imagery, somatic exploration, reflective writing, spiritual practices, and related experiential activities.

These activities may involve emotional, psychological, or physical responses.

You are encouraged to participate at your own pace, respect your personal limitations, modify or discontinue activities when necessary, and seek qualified professional guidance when appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks inherent in voluntarily participating in these activities.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom Recovery, INC., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of The Blooming Method's educational products, services, or website.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from a specific paid offering will not exceed the amount paid for that offering.

These limitations do not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters for which applicable law prohibits such limitations.

Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Recovery, INC., its officers, employees, and representatives from reasonable third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of our services, infringement of another person's intellectual property rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify the Company for its own negligence, unlawful conduct, or other matters for which indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

16. TERMINATION OR RESTRICTION OF ACCESS

We may suspend or terminate access to an offering or account when a participant materially violates these Terms, misuses protected materials, engages in prohibited conduct, or otherwise creates a legitimate safety or security concern.

Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Termination does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund, except where required by law or the applicable purchase terms.

Any decision concerning access, payment obligations, or refunds will be made consistently with applicable law.

17. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising under these Terms may be brought before the appropriate courts located in Utah.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may periodically update these Terms to reflect changes in our offerings, operations, applicable laws, or business practices.

Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method when required by law.

Updated Terms will display a revised effective date.
